Big Hill Property Management division will be led by John Genovesi, Shelley Dottillis, and Tenola Oliver.

• John Genovesi
  
  One of Miami Valley’s top selling agents, with over 18 years experience in Commercial and Residential Sales. He has owned and managed Residential Real Estate for over 20 years. He holds a B.A. from California State University L.A., Real Estate Brokers License and a Real Estate Appraisers License in the State of Ohio, and is fluent in three languages.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Tenola Oliver
  
  Tenola's real estate career has consisted of personal investments since 1996. During this period she has bought, rehabbed, and served in a landlord capacity. She has attended Sinclair Community College and Wright State University working towards her B.A.. From 2002-2004 she managed a 456 unit complex and approximately 20 employees and contractors, in which, she was recognized as TOP NEW MANAGER and MOST IMPROVED PROPERTY. In 2004, her and her husband started a Commercial Property Management/Janitorial Company.
  
  
• Shelley Dottillis
  
  Shelley attended Central Florida College; she then went to work for one of the largest property management companies in the area, 1100 units, which mainly leased to college students. Shelley currently works as a full time real estate agent and attends college full time pursuing her Finance Degree.
  All management responsibilities will split between the three. We will split all monies equally between the three.
