• Managing the sales process – your ability to move the client
towards the right action at the right time and keep the sale moving.
• Closing Skills – ability to close the sale.

personality dimensions that can be directly linked to success in
real estate sales. If you have the inherent traits necessary to
succeed we can teach you the rest.
These are the five dimensions tracked:
• Sociability – can you build relationships and establish trust?
• Assertiveness – how confident in yourself and the industry are
you?
• Achievement – do you have goals and drive?
• Dependability – will you be consistent and manage the sales
process?
• Emotional Resilience – how thick is your skin, can you deal with
the rejection that is inherent in any sales game?
